Denise Trujillo, Office Receptionist
I am very excited and appreciate the opportunity to work for such a well-respected nonprofit organization. It was not until a relative of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer that I realized it could happen to anyone. She stayed strong and is now a survivor. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a Minor in Health from Sam Houston State University. I am continuing my studies to pursue a degree in Nursing to hopefully one day improve the health and quality of life through education, research, prevention, and treatment of diseases. When I am not at work or studying I enjoy running, playing flag football with friends, trying new places in Houston, and being around my family.
