#RaceTo100 Challenge

What is the #Raceto100 challenge?
Our new #RaceTo100 campaign challenges and encourages runners and participants to go beyond simply registering, and to raise or donate $100 by December 1, 2014.

Why you should participate?
While the Komen Houston Race for the Cure® serves as the organization’s largest fundraiser, it's important to note that the $35 registration fee is not a donation to those who need it most.  Instead this fee covers the cost of each racer, including his or her race packet, t-shirt and participation in the Race.

What impact will you make?
#RaceTo100 with us, so together with our 23 grantee organizations, we can provide transportation to treatments, survivorship programs, breast cancer education and so much more to men and women in the Houston community.

$100 can provide several patients with the first steps towards their treatment, such as a consultation visit and clinical breast exam, and is a reachable goal for participants.  Read more below.
