The American Cancer Society's Breast Prosthesis Project provides a new weighted breast prosthesis and two bras to uninsured and underinsured mastectomy patients, upon request with appropriate screening by a health professional as well as transportation assistance.
Asian American Health Coalition - $150,668
The Asian American Health Coalition's Project Phoenix provides breast cancer education, screening, patient navigation services, diagnostics and breast cancer treatment for Asian American women. Services are provided in numerous Asian languages. Project Phoenix is expanding education outreach to serve Korean, Cambodian and Laotian women.
Baylor College of Medicine - $75,956
Baylor College of Medicine's Breast Cancer Clinic provides breast cancer screening, diagnostics and treatment for women seeking services at Ben Taub Hospital. This project fully funds a bilingual Breast Care Coordinator to provide patient navigation services and partially funds a Nurse Practitioner and Pathologist to assist with patient care.
Bayside Healthcare Foundation - $20,000
Bayside Community Hospital and Clinic provides breast health education, breast cancer screening and a breast cancer support group for low-income and uninsured women who reside in Chambers County.
Brazosport Health Foundation - $267,550
The Mermaid Project, a joint effort of the Brazosport Regional Health System and the Brazosport Health Foundation, provides breast cancer screening, diagnostics and treatment to low-income and uninsured women who reside in Brazoria County.
Breast Cancer Network of Strength - $220,668
Breast Cancer Network of Strength Gulf Coast's Breast Health Outreach, Education and Screening Program for African American, Asian and Hispanic Women provides culturally competent and linguistically appropriate breast cancer education, screening diagnostics and patient navigation for African American, Asian and Hispanic women.
D'Feet Breast Cancer - $155,987
D'Feet Breast Cancer provides breast cancer education, patient navigation services, screening and diagnostics for low-income women with little or no health insurance who reside in Galveston County.

Good Neighbor Healthcare Center provides breast cancer education in English and Spanish, breast cnacer screening and diagnostics for low-income women with little or no health insurance living in Harris County.
Harris County Hospital District Foundation - $538,427
Harris County Hospital District Foundation will provide digital screening and diagnostic equipment for several hospital facilities.

The Health Center of Southeast Texas' Breast Cancer Screening Program provides breast cancer screening, diagnostics and treatment to women in Liberty County who have little or no health insurance.
Houston Chapter of Hadassah - $43,122
Strength in Knowing Houston addresses the problem of many ethnic communities needing culturally appropriate, targeted educational outreach that describes risk factors, screening and treatment options for breast cancer, and patient navigation in outlying counties.

Light and Salt Association will develop and implement a culturally competent and linguistically appropriate breast cancer support program for Chinese breast cancer survivors living in Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery Counties.

Northeast Hospital Foundation's Project Mammogram provides breast cancer eduction, screening and treatment to medically-underserved, low income individuals living in Harris, Montgomery and Liberty counties.

Positive Image Productions is launching a project to educate African American women about breast cancer, utilizing broadcast and online media and small group sessions.
Shalom Mobile Health Ministry, Inc. - $48,500
Shalom Mobile Health Ministry provides breast cancer screening and diagnostics to low-income and medically underserved women within the East End community of Harris County.
The Rose - $713,179
The Rose's Continuum of Care for Breast health provides a full spectrum of breast healtcare for a diverse group of women in Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bent, Galveston, Harris, Liberty and Montgomery counties who are uninsured or unable to pay. Women receive breast cancer education, screening, diagnostics, patient navigation services and access to and/or direct medical treatment for breast cnacer. Survivorship programs include ethnically and culturally appropriate support groups, wigs, prostheses and cancer counseling.
University of Texas Medical Branch - $558,787
University of Texas Medical Branch's Komen Complete Care Project provides breast cancer screening, diagnostics, and breast cancer treatment for low-income, uninsured women residing in Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty and Montgomery counties.
Young Survival Coalition - $25,000
The Young Survival Coalition Houston will provide education and resources for newly diagnosed women.
