2015 Chevron Houston Marathon

Run for a Reason Raises Millions for Charity

Founded in 1995, the Chevron Houston Marathon's Run for a Reason charity program links thousands of runners with participating nonprofits and provides a platform for charities to raise awareness and funds as well as educate others about their cause. In the program's 18-year history, nearly $17 million has been raised by runners and donors. The 2012-2013 season marked the third consecutive year the Run for a Reason program has surpassed the $2 million mark. Thank you for Running for a Reason!
